Please remember when attending your first appointment with us to remember to bring with you a copy of your referral letter from your GP, in addition to any relevant blood test results, and X-Rays / ultrasound pictures, results and notes that may be relevant to your condition and medical history. This ensures that our specialists have the most up to date and relevant information available regarding your condition, which will enable them to provide you with best health care possible.
